Host Fred Noriega interviews CEO Kenneth L. Davis, MD and tours the newest addition to the Medical Center’s campus with Medical School Dean Dennis Charney, MD.  Located on Madison Ave between 101st and 102nd, the research and clinical care facility opens in fall of 2012.   In the complex is a 52-story residential building on Fifth Avenue, where 20% of units are allocated for affordable housing.

Also in the program, a look at the National Puerto Rican Day Parade with Federico Perez, a past president, and Melissa Quesada, the current Vice Chair and former Miss Puerto Rico: Queen of the Parade.  And eHarlemTV’s ongoing series on the renovation of the 104th Street Firehouse into a state-of-the-art broadcast facility for Manhattan Neighborhood Network concludes with a segment celebrating its opening, with comments from  Congressman Charles Rangel, State Senator Jose Serrano, Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, State Assemblyman Robert Rodriguez, and Councilwoman Melissa Mark Viverito.

Never before has the Manhattan community of East Harlem received exclusive news coverage that brings its story to the world.  The half-hour newsmagazine show features new segments and interviews monthly.“Only a tragedy in East Harlem makes the news,” says creator George Rivera. “Unlike other news outlets, eHARLEMTV reports all of the things that make this a neighborhood with a story to tell"

eHARLEMTV is produced by media content provider The Fresh Bread Group and its production services arm, Digital Laundry.  The company is headquartered in East Harlem.
