WEBWIRE

Stockholm, 28 June 2006, Bergman & Beving has, through its subsidiary Grunda AB, concluded an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares outstanding in Myrins Industriprodukter AB in Gothenburg. Myrins Industriprodukter offers materials for drying and absorption and related services for mopping up of chemicals/liquids to primarily the industrial sector in Sweden.

Through the acquisition, Grunda now gets access to a product brand name for solutions in absorptions, which further strengthens Grunda’s market position as a supplier in the consumables area to Swedish industry. Myrins Industriprodukter has net revenues of approximately MSEK 11 per year and four employees.

Closing of the acquisition is expected to take place in the beginning of July 2006. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Bergman & Beving’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
