2011 was a very special year for Newmarket. We took 227,000 customers on holiday, our biggest year ever in terms of sales.

2011 was a very special year for Newmarket Holidays. We took 227,000 customers on holiday, our biggest year ever in terms of sales. Over 40 percent of those customers were travelling on at least their second Newmarket Holiday.

This year we’re on course to take even more people on holiday and, so far, 38 percent of our 2012 bookings have come from customers who have already travelled with us in the past.
 
2011 was also the year that we won the British Travel Award for ’Best Coach Holiday Operator’. The nomination and votes that won us that award came from our customer, the public. There was no editorial judging panel, no sampling of data or analysing of spreadsheets, just our customers telling us how happy they were.

We’re totally committed to giving our customers the best holidays we can, and we look forward to taking them on holiday, again and again, for many years to come.
