MD Mindset®, LLC Vice President of Operations Honored as Industry “Rising Star” by Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association

Whitehouse Station, NJ – May 15, 2011 – Gwen Moore of MD Mindset, LLC was honored as an industry Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, at its 23rd annual Woman of the Year award luncheon, Thursday, May 3, at the New York City Hilton, with satellite to events in San Francisco and Ohio.
 
The nomination demonstrates corporate recognition of the outstanding performance, commitment to excellence, and the energy and enthusiasm of the Rising Stars, who contribute on a daily basis to their companies’ successes. The Rising Stars are inspiring leaders, role models to others and are individually recognized for their vision, dedication, and action. 
 
Gwen has more than 25 years of experience in support of operations and communication compliance, to include the State of California Governor’s press office. She worked with the Director and Board to establish operational procedures for Georgia Interpreters for the Deaf and liaised with Georgia Association of the Deaf. Gwen’s experience and ability to build a rapport with doctors comes from her years at Vista del Mar Behavioral Hospital working with the Director of Operations to improve reporting methods relative to JCAHO standards. Additional reporting and compliance with state and federal agencies, as well as budget reports, came from her years at St. Mary’s Hospital, in Long Beach, CA while working for the Director of the Geropsychiatric unit.
