Droisys Inc. Makes Investment in Pregame LLC

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - May 3, 2012 - Droisys, recently named as one of the 5,000 fastest growing U.S companies by Inc. magazine, today announced a recent investment in Pregame LLC, the largest sports betting news site compliant with United States law. The companies have also agreed to a software development partnership. Investment and development terms were finalized during March 2012.

“The $250,000 improvement to our cash flow will certainly turbo-charge our aggressive growth plans, but equally important is the solidification of our partnership with a technological leader,” said Pregame.com CEO RJ Bell. ”The cash will fund the building of our new 3500 square foot broadcast-quality video studio located near the Las Vegas strip – while the added technological expertise will enable the distribution of that very content through emerging vertical channels.”
