The UK’s Top-Selling eBooks and Authors at BooksOnBoard

Romance readers focused on the top authors of the genre this week, populating BooksOnBoard’s Bestselling Romance eBooks list with familiar names--but two titles in particular have blown their competition out of the water.

“A remarkable number of readers pre-ordered J.R. Ward’s Lover Reborn in the week leading up to its release,” remarked Nathan Johnson, Director of Operations at BooksOnBoard. “Its sales haven’t slacked off since.” Lover Reborn is the tenth installment in Ward’s The Black Dagger Brotherhood series, one of the most popular vampire-centric series available at BooksOnBoard.

The second title belongs to a well-loved paranormal series devoted to shape-shifters. “Shelly Laurenston’s Bear Meets Girl has been battling Lover Reborn for popularity for longer than just this past week,” Johnston added. “Its sales in the UK were only marginally smaller than the sales of Lover Reborn. It will be interesting to see where they rank in the weeks ahead.”
