SOLON, Ohio (June 19, 2006) – Stopol, Inc. -- a leader in managing auctions and the sale of production equipment, parts, businesses, divisions, product lines and manufacturing licenses in the plastics industry -- is launching a free job posting service on its Web site for plastics industry workers that have lost their jobs as a result of industry consolidation or plant closings.

To provide plastics workers with another channel for marketing themselves to employers, Stopol is creating the free Stopol Job Posting Service on www.stopol.com, which boasts 500,000 hits monthly.

Beginning September 1, displaced plastics industry workers can post their resumes and cover letters on www.stopol.com free of charge. Employers must officially register with Stopol to have access to the web page featuring the resumes. Registration is free for employers registering within the first six months of the program’s launch.

In addition to helping workers find jobs, the Solon, Ohio-based company is creating the Stopol Job Posting Service to help plastics processors identify which prospective job candidates are the best fit for their respective companies.

“We are seeing a trend in which some of the larger corporate entities are consolidating operations and this creates a great deal of opportunity for the established small and medium-sized operations. As a result, many of the smaller companies are thriving,” said CEO Neil Kruschke, Jr. “And when you consider that more than nine out of 10 machines we sell stay in the United States, it’s not a stretch to conclude that the smaller plastics processors need experienced, well-trained employees to operate the new machinery they acquire. The Stopol Job Posting Service is just our way of helping connect job seekers with their future employers.”
