Duck Duck Goose Is No Longer Just A Child’s Game

It’s common that when you hear the phrase Duck Duck Goose, you think of a children’s game that you probably played when you were a child. Even more common, you may recall it as an exciting game; where a child goes around a circle tapping other children on the head, calling out “Duck, Duck…” until the child decides to tap one of the players on the head and call out, “Goose”. The chase is on!  The child chosen to be the “Goose” emerges out of the circle, chasing the accuser. Part of the game’s attractive nostalgia is no one knows who will actually get dubbed, “Goose”.   Well… in similarity, some adults are still playing “Duck Duck Goose”, but with a whole different agenda.

For Cleveland, Ohio recording artist Truf, Duck Duck Goose is how he explains his experiences with a relentless and vindictive baby’s mother and the Child Support System. It’s serious! Truf, along with several potential fathers-to-be are forced to submit DNA for paternity testing to determine who fathered a single child. All the men being tested feel like sitting ducks, dreading the fact that one of them will be the goose.

     The song, Duck Duck Goose is controversially entertaining to say the least. The song features Florida native, Frank Louis, whose smooth vocals compliment Truf’s rugged, heartfelt deliverance. It’s no wonder why this hit single is gaining vast popularity and currently holding a five star rating on iTunes.
