Cadbury Schweppes announces that it has signed an Intermediation Agreement for Tender Offer with Dundas Ünlü Menkul Değerler A.Ş. brokerage house in order to purchase the publicly held shares in Kent, which correspond to 0.64% of the share capital of Kent. This will increase Cadbury Schweppes shareholding in Kent to 96.0%.
