New Kindle Book With Time Management Tips Offers Cures For CDC Declared Health Epidemic

Melrose, FL – The Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has declared that insufficient sleep has become a public health epidemic. They have also linked sleep insufficiency to motor vehicle crashes, industrial disasters, and medical and other occupational errors. A Florida-based Indie Publisher says they have a cure for the epidemic.

Recognizing that insufficient sleep is often caused by poor time management skills, Laurenzana Press has released “Time Management Tips: 101 Best Ways to Manage Your Time” by business writer Lucas McCain.

“I wrote Time Management Tips because there are so many people who are so bankrupt when it comes to time that their health, relationships and quality of life have become victims. It’s gotten so bad that the CDC now says we have a major health epidemic because of it,” says McCain.

McCain’s book offers 101 tips in three distinctive parts of daily life: at work, home and play. Each tip is presented in a short, actionable summary.

“I wanted to make sure that my reader made the most of their time when reading this. Other time management books literally take too much time to read,” McCain said. “That’s why I made Time Management Tips a book you can pick up anytime, anywhere and in just a few minutes get some workable solutions to help you manage your time better.”

Lucas McCain is a senior writer at Laurenzana Press and has also authored “Get Motivated: 101 Best Ways to Get Started, Keep Going and Finish Strong” which is also available in the Amazon Kindle store.
