Attorney Now Giving Away LLC Operating Agreements

OREM, Utah January 25, 2012 - Lee R. Phillips, a nationally known speaker, author and attorney, who specializes in asset protection and estate planning, announced today that he will be giving away one of the most important pieces to an LLC - The LLC Operating Agreement.
