Goldsmith and Associates Launches a New Website to Help Consumers Avoid Foreclosure and Other Legal Matters

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (December 22, 2011) - Goldsmith and Associates is proud to announce their new website, vegaslawsite.com, that focuses on consumer education about bankruptcy, foreclosure, immigration and other legal matters.

The new site is intended to make it easier for consumers to understand the options available to them when facing legal issues. This will allow consumers the ability them to ask more pertinent questions and also understand the processes involved better.

The site plans to offer short videos of popular legal questions answered by their staff of lawyers and paralegals. The first video has been released and covers how to avoid foreclosure. There is also a frequently asked questions section allowing those who prefer to read the ability to research terms and options.

According to Jonathan Goldsmith, plans are already in place to add more videos every week until a large library of knowledge is available.

One recent reader became a client after viewing the video on avoiding foreclosure and commented, “This video explained all of the options available to me to avoid foreclosure, and took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.”

Goldsmith added, “I think it is better for both the attorney and the potential client if there is some common understanding of the legal possibilities. Sometimes as attorneys we get caught up in legalese and the client may not ask questions since we are the experts. That is why we have created this site and the videos and articles in as plain English as is possible.”

Goldsmith and Associates is a Las Vegas law firm and all attorneys are admitted to the state bar. Due to the devastating effects of the depressed housing market in Las Vegas, they are helping many people avoid foreclosure, whether through loan modification, short sale, or bankruptcy.

Goldsmith and Associates also has attorneys that practice immigration law, family law, criminal law, and DUI defenses.
