2 Total Body Transformation Tips for the New Year


A total body transformation is always one of the most popular New Year’s resolutions every single year. It’s also one of the more difficult resolutions to keep.

1. Be Clear About Your Goals and Know Your Why

It’s not enough to just decide losing weight or getting fit is a resolution for the new year. To up your chances for success, you need to have concrete, specific goals like “I want to lose 25 pounds of fat” and you need to have a deadline as well to create a sense of urgency.

“I want to drop a few pounds” is not going to cut it.

“I want to lose 25 pounds of fat by May 15th” is much, much better.

You also have to know why you’re doing it. Without a real answer to that question, you’re much more likely to quit before you reach your goals.

2. Plan, Plan and Plan Some More

According to Gregg, the biggest excuse for not exercising or eating right is a lack of time. But all this is, is an excuse. If you really want it, you’ll find the time. A big key in doing so is to be sure to plan things out in advance.

Plan meals and possibly prepare them in advance. Have a workout schedule ahead of time, and put it in your planner just like you would any other appointment.

Working out and eating right need to become part of your life routine, just like anything else you do.
