Yakka, Inc. Announces Launch Of Website: Hiking Backpack Reviews

Abbie Cheung, of Yakka, Inc.,  is pleased to announce the launch of its new website: HikingBackpackReviews.org.  Every month, tens of thousands of people are searching for hiking backpack reviews online. During her own research for hiking backpacks Cheung found two issues:  the first was that the quality reviews she did find were scattered across many websites.  The second was that many quality hiking backpack manufacturers were not being reviewed just from lack of exposure, leaving many backpack seekers  not knowing about companies that dedicated themselves to producing high quality hiking backpacks.   With the launch of this website, Abbie Cheung plans to fulfill this need.

Abbie Cheung is an internet marketing consultant that specializes in finding  product markets with a heavy demand of consumers but low supply of websites and information.  "I based this website on my own experience looking for hiking
backpacks.  This grew into more research, and I found there are many folks searching for reviews of hiking backpacks both for durable backpacks to take on short hikes as well as large internal frame hiking backpacks for multi-day treks,“ says Cheung.  ”I plan to pull research and reviews together into one place to make it easier for these shoppers to conduct their research"

Cheung sees two major issues with the information on the internet today with hiking backpacks. The first is that there is quite a bit of information on hiking backpacks, but this information is spread out far and wide across the internet.  The second, and more pressing problem, is that many of these reviews are only for recognizable names in the generic backpack industry such as High Sierra backpacks and Jansport backpacks.  

“While one of my goals is first to pull all this information together into one website to make it an easy place to stop and research hiking backpacks,” says Cheung, "I also want to give better exposure to those hiking backpacks I would consider to be close to the top of the industry that many people may not have heard of, such as the CUSCUS backacks and Teton Sports backpacks.”

Since the website launch, Abbie Cheung continues to push her efforts in gathering research and reviews to post to the Hiking Backpack Reviews website.   “My vision is to have at least ten reviews up by the end of the year.  I plan to include reviews for packs for short day hikes as well as long multi-day treks, with plans to continue maintaining the site with a minimum of one hiking backpack review per week both from well known manufacturers to some of the lesser known manufacturers such as Teton Sports, CUSCUS, High Sierra, Western Pack, and many more.” states Cheung.
