Gardnerville, Nevada, December 6, 2011. According to body building authority and senior writer of Muscle Building Site, David Delmonico, many men are afraid to admit they are self-conscious. “When they see a man walking on the beach that is completely ripped, it often makes some feel inadequate,” he said.

On the other hand, he argued, other men would have decided right then and there that they are going to do something about it (their body’s physique). However, he admitted that some make the mistake of heading straight for their local gym, where they’ll talk a trainer and ask for advice on how to get as big as they can get as quickly as they can.

Are trainers best trained professionals around? Delmonico doesn’t think so.
“They may advise you to take some muscle building supplements and work out your arms one day and his legs the next, but that’s not the best method for muscle building,” Delmonico said, noting that Vince Delmonte is a prime example of that. After years of feeling inadequate and not being in the best shape he could be in, he decided to make a change and ended up starting a revolution.

Delmonico also noted, in his current post, that many of the top fitness magazines that men read are produced my huge fitness companies that fail to mention that many of them also manufacture the muscle building supplements that they advertise in the said magazines. “Most of their articles even promote the fact that you should purchase the advertised supplements claiming they will help them get the desired results they crave,” noted Delmonico.

However, he argued that if you should read the fine print on the bottom of the advertisements, the you would see that many of them say “results may vary“. This is because it takes a lot more for proper muscle building then just devouring a muscle building supplements.

“Taking supplements, crazy pills, or following an insane workout plan will not lead to successful muscle building. In fact, many of the pills and supplements can actually do you more harm than good. They can cause heart problems, thinning of the blood, and have even lead to death in some instances,” wrote Delmonico.

“However, with a proper healthy muscle building program you get the most benefit for your body,” added David Delmonico, the bodybuilding authority, who gives readers reviews of muscle building food and muscle building supplements that present the truth about the many products body building products on the market.
