Trainer Reveals How Robert Pattinson Can Get A Body Like Taylor Lautner in Twilight

WEBWIRE

In August, Robert Pattinson told the German magazine TV Movie that his real fear is that he won’t match up to his Twilight co-star/on-screen rival Taylor Lautner.  The only time Pattinson went shirtless he showed that he was a pale skinny guy; a look that is not attractive to females and not envied by guys.

QuickMuscleBuildingTips.com’s Stan Stevenson states that Pattinson is a typical ecotomorph, also known as a skinny hardgainer.  "There is a huge difference between what it takes an average male to build muscle and what it takes a skinny guy like Robert Pattinson.  Taylor knew the tricks and followed a strict Ectomorph workout.  That’s how he got so jacked.”

Stevenson suggests that for most guys, the general approach to building muscle goes something along the lines of ‘the more, the better’. They think if they do one exercise for biceps, two will be better. If they perform three sets of squats, six will yield faster results.  But for a skinny guy like Pattinson or Lautner, volume is the enemy.

"So your goal for your workouts is to significantly cut the volume. Basically, get in, go hard, get out. That should be your mantra. Lower volume means performing 4-6 exercises per workout, and doing 3-4 sets per exercise,” Dan Merrell of WeightGainNetwork.com.

As one can see, the Ectomorph workout has many different tricks and tips than the typical workout.  To learn the exact workouts and get more hardgainer tips, then visit QuickMuscleBuildingTips.com.
