New Yoga Teacher Training Course In Medieval Italian Village

WEBWIRE

Casperia, Rieti, Italy – Sunflower Retreats, a yoga holidays retreat in the Sabina Hills with over 12 years experience, is now offering yoga teacher training for everyone interested in becoming a yoga teacher.

Anyone who has been practicing yoga for more than two years can now train to become a Yoga Teacher and do this over a two year period in the beautiful surroundings of Casperia in Italy.

Lucy Bremner, who jointly runs a yoga retreat in Italy with her husband, Alan Scheda, namely Sunflower Retreat, has been teaching and practicing yoga for 17 years and as an accredited Friends of Yoga Teacher Training Tutor, will be delivering the course.  The Friends of Yoga have been established since the early 1970 and Lucy has been connected with them for 15 years.

According to Lucy Bremner: “There are a lot of fast track yoga certification courses but they do not cover the entire scope of the study of yoga.  She went on to explain that to study yoga, it is an important life journey and personal healing experience for anyone going through the course.  Also, she mentioned that studying such a vast and ancient science over a longer period, such as two years gives people time to absorb, read and reflect on what they are learning.”

The yoga teacher training course will cover all aspects of yoga, which incorporate the physical, mental, ethical, philosophical as well as spiritual elements.  It will be taught in English, in Casperia, which is easily accessible from both airports in Rome and also from the centre of Rome.  It is also within easy access from major towns within Italy, such as Florence, Siena and Perugia.
