Katarina Mellström New CEO at Mandator

Mandator’s Board of Directors today appointed Katarina Mellström the new CEO and Group President of Mandator. Katarina is currently at Ericsson, where she is head of Ericsson’s advisory services within business consulting, technical consulting and training.

I’m pleased that Katarina Mellström, with her good qualifications, now wishes to contribute to the further development of the company’s strong position as a technology-oriented and business-savvy IT consultancy,” says Jan Rynning, Chairman of the Board.

Katarina Mellström has held several managerial positions at Ericsson the past ten years. Since 2002 she has held the position of Vice President for Advisory Services within Business Unit Global Services. As of this year, she has also been responsible for Ericsson’s disaster relief operations, Ericsson Response.

Katarina Mellström has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm University with a focus on international trade.

She will enter her role as CEO and Group President of Mandator on 14 August.

Anders Velander, current Acting CEO, will return to his role as Deputy CEO and Head of Sales.
