Fat loss specialist, Hugh Norley, founder of said that not only does poor digestion stop fat loss, but also increases stress in your body, upsets your ‘bug balance’, causes bloating and much more.

“Proper digestion allows us to actually break down the food - only then can it become nutritious” said Mr Norley.
