Price revision for Denka Chloroprene (Denka CR)

Denki Kagaku Kogyo K.K.(Denka) continues to experience raised raw material,energy and logistics cost, which are hovering at higher side.

Additionally, environmental costs incurred along with the plant expansion have been unexpectedly exploded and they have put substantial pressure on our business enterprises.

Despite every cost down measure to absorb these costs hikes, our cost down effort alone can not secure the stable supply, consequently, we would request to share these costs hikes for the sustainable business with valued customers.

Accordingly, effective October 1, 2011, Denka will increase its Denka CR priceat least U$ 300/mt and €230/mt across all overseas markets and end users.
