Morelan, creator of Joes2Pros, has been working with Microsoft since the late 90s and has attained over 30 Microsoft certifications in applications, networking, databases and .NET development, including MCDBA, MCTS, MCITP, MCAD, MOE,MCSE and MCSE+. His SQL certification in 2008 is the 4th generation of SQL certification in Implementation, Administration and BI, which also includes (SQL 7.0, SQL 2000, SQL 2005 and SQL 2008). Morelan has provided training for Northwest University, Volt Technical Education and Microsoft. He currently works as a Software Design Engineer in Test for the Windows Mobile group, Bellevue College andMoretechnology.com. As the author of the “SQL Joes 2 Pros” book and video series, his focus is on delivering the most effective and relevant learning material. Morelan has comprehensive real-world knowledge in the subjects to prepare you for real-world troubleshooting issues, while backing it up with the IT certification.
 
Coles is a principal database architect and developer, as well as a prolific SQL Server writer, working out of New York. He has authored several books, published dozens of articles on SQL Server development topics (both online and in print) and regularly speaks at SQL Server user groups. Coles has been recognized as a Microsoft MVP for his work with SQL Server and contributions to the development community. He is a regular speaker at various Microsoft events. Coles holds multiple Microsoft certifications including MCITP:Database Development 2008 and MCDBA. 
 
Dave works as a Technology Evangelist (database and BI) with Microsoft India. He has written over 1700 articles on these subjects on his SQLAuthority blog. During his career, he has worked both in India and the United States, mostly working with SQL Server Technology – beginning from version 6.5 to its latest form. Dave has worked on many performance tuning and optimization projects for high transactional systems. He holds many Microsoft certificates. He has been a regular speaker at many international events such as TechEd, SQL PASS, MSDN, TechNet and countless user groups. His passion for the community drives him to share his training and knowledge. Before joining Microsoft he was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in SQL Server Technology for three continuous years for his outstanding community service and evangelizing SQL Server technology.
