People First Partners Appoints Former Marlow Industries Leader David Marlow to Help Drive Next Stage of Company’s Global Growth.

Dallas, TX , May 23, 2006 — People First Partners announced today that David Marlow has joined the company as Director of Operations. Mr. Marlow brings to People First Partners twenty-five years of operational and business development experience at Marlow Industries. His passion for operational excellence and innovative systems contributed to Marlow Industries’ winning the prestigious Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in 1991. Mr. Marlow developed the company’s sales and distribution network in Europe and in the Far East, and he also launched a business unit that grew to $8 million in sales within four years. He also played an important role in engineering the sale of Marlow Industries to a publicly-traded company. With People First Partners positioned to “turn on a dime,” Mr. Marlow is eager to initiate a full-scale assault on the enormous business opportunities before us.
Mr. Marlow earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from Southern Methodist University. He currently serves on the Associate Board of the SMU Cox School of Business.
