The Strategic Play Group Ltd. Heads to Panama City, Panama

Business leaders are learning the value of play as part of their organizational development and agile strategy. The Strategic Play Group recognizes this trend and will be training potential facilitators in STRATEGICPLAY® tools with LEGO® Serious Play® methods and materials in Panama City, Panama, from August 29 through September 1. Those who successfully complete the training will be certified to lead Strategic Play workshops, which they will be offering in Central and South America. Farm Panama is sponsoring the event, which will be held at the Marriot Courtyard MetroMall. Trainees will be attending from Panama and other parts of South America.
 
Organizations of all varieties and sizes have utilized LEGO® Serious Play® to deal with difficult situations. “This process is one of the best for applying creative thinking to problem solving, decision making, and strategy. There is no better tool for engaging and activating smart minds,” said Jacqueline Lloyd Smith, a lead trainer of facilitators. “It’s wonderful that soon facilitators will be offering this unique tool in both Panama and Brazil. They will be working with teams and communities to help create new strategies to deal with the ever changing global business environment and to help communities develop better strategies as they build stronger societies.”
 
The Strategic Play group is based out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They design visual, creative tools that organizations can use to improve learning and performance.
