Foot and Ankle Surgeon Joins Great River Orthopedic Specialists
Foot and ankle surgeon L. Nathan Gause, M.D., has joined Great River Orthopedic Specialists. He will begin seeing patients Wednesday, Aug. 17, at the clinic’s offices on Great River Medical Center’s campus.
West Burlington, Iowa, Aug. 15, 2011 — Orthopedic surgeon L. Nathan Gause, M.D., has joined Great River Orthopedic Specialists. Dr. Gause specializes in treating problems of the foot and ankle. He will begin seeing patients Wednesday, Aug. 17, at the clinic’s offices on Great River Medical Center’s campus.
Dr. Gause joins orthopedic surgeons Theron Jameson, D.O., Jerry Jochims, M.D., Christopher Dupuis, M.D., Atiba Jackson, M.D., and physician assistant Brad Allar, P.A.-C., in providing orthopedic care to area residents. Great River Orthopedic Specialists provides a comprehensive range of orthopedic surgical services, including:
- Arthroscopic surgery of the ankle, knee and shoulder
- Carpal and cubital tunnel release procedures
- Minimally invasive total joint replacement of the hip and knee

Dr. Gause received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati, and a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the University of Tennessee.
