INDUSTRY VETERAN ADDS TELECOMMUNICATIONS EXPERTISE

DENVER, Colorado, JULY 26, 2011 — Subsentio, a Trusted Third Party service bureau for Lawfully Authorized Electronic Surveillance (LAES), recently retained Mr. Erik Cecil as their new General Counsel. Mr. Cecil’s background includes serving as an associate at Cole, Raywid and Braverman in Washington D.C., regulatory counsel at Teligent, Inc. and most recently as regulatory counsel handling carrier relations on a national basis for Level 3 Communications, LLC.

“Erik brings an added layer of expertise to what is already the best and most experienced LAES staff in the industry”, said President Steve Bock. “Our clients will be well served as Erik helps them navigate the confusing and complex waters of electronic surveillance laws. His level of experience at the FCC and with major telecommunications firms speaks for itself.”

“I’m excited about working with Subsentio and all of the many clients and Law Enforcement Agencies they partner with,” said Erik. “It’s an impressive list of companies and LEAs for whom Subsentio is making a positive difference in solving complex electronic surveillance challenges. What impressed me the most was the passion that the personnel at Subsentio clearly have for their work. They are adamant about exceeding the expectation of both service providers and law enforcement while adhering to the federal statutes and rules that govern the industry.”

Mr. Cecil has been admitted to the bar in Colorado, Maryland and Washington D.C. as well as the U.S. District Court in Colorado and the Ninth Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. His telecommunication experience includes working with wireless and wireline carriers across an array of local, state and federal legal and regulatory requirements.

Subsentio’s solutions have been fully tested with law enforcement and are currently being used to successfully perform lawful intercepts on a variety of new and old technologies. It is a cost effective and reliable method of performing CALEA compliant electronic surveillance and, like all of Subsentio’s Trusted Third Party services it is backed by Subsentio’s full indemnification against non-compliance penalties.

Subsentio, Inc. is trusted by both the private carriers and the law enforcement agencies to perform court ordered lawful electronic surveillance. Based in Centennial, CO the company has national, regional and rural service provider clients. Information can be found at www.subsentio.com.
