AAA Names New Information Technology Manager

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Lance Cutler has been promoted to the position of Contact Center and Networking Technologies Manager for AAA Western and Central New York. Cutler joined AAA in 2010 and previously served as a Cisco Engineer in the business intelligence department. In his new role, Cutler will work on networking and telephony solutions and will be directly responsible for correcting any service issues.

Prior to his work at AAA, Cutler served as a Senior Network and Telephony Engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York and a Technology Solution Engineer at Ingram Micro in Buffalo.

Cutler holds several certifications from Cisco and is a Certified Health Information Systems Professional (CHISP). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Buffalo. Cutler resides in Kenmore.
