The Kudelski Group sells its 50% equity in Polyright to Multicard AG

Cheseaux, Switzerland -- The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.S) today announced that it has sold its 50% equity in Polyright SA to Identive’s subsidiary Multicard AG, a Zurich-based Company. This decision is an outcome of the strategic review of the Kudelski Group activities announced in February 2011.

Securitas equally sold its 50% equity in Polyright to Multicard AG. Multicard has expressed its commitment to further maintain and develop Polyright’s activities.
