Air Liquide received the “Sharing of Knowledge” award for its implementation of the “Technical Career Ladder” (TCL) focused on the sharing of expertise, knowledge, and technical excellence.

Created in 2009 by the Michael Page recruitment company and the daily newspaper, Le Monde, the Trophée du Capital Humain highlights the initiatives of the CAC 40’s companies in matters of global human resources policies. The winners are selected by written application followed by interviews with the company’s top managers. Air Liquide was one of the six companies awarded and received the “Sharing of Knowledge” award for its implementation of the “Technical Career Ladder” (TCL). The Air Liquide TCL focuses on the sharing of expertise, knowledge, and technical excellence.

Created 10 years ago, the TCL is a way to recognize, motivate and develop technical experts and thus maintain a competitive advantage for the Group. This first step has today turned into a program for the management of Air Liquide’s technical population, in parallel with the development of the managerial ladder. 1,500 of the Group’s employees from 50 nationalities are part of the TCL, both at the local and international level.
