The Ames II™
Mutagenicity Assay, in liquid micro plate format, is a modification of the traditional Ames Plate Incorporation Assay and the Mini-Ames test. The Ames II test reduces hands-on time and also uses much less of the test compound than the regular Ames or Mini-Ames tests.
