The Peugeot Partner Tepee becomes the benchmark on its segment for CO2 emissions !
A new version of the e-HDi engine, fitted with latest generation Stop & Start technology, is available in the Peugeot range. The Partner compact MPV is the first vehicle to benefit from this new feature offering record CO2 emissions and new driving sensations.
e-HDi technology, which enables fuel savings of up to 15% in the city, is now available on the Partner Tepee (PC) with enhanced power: 1.6 l e-HDi FAP 92 hp. This new engine, available according to the market, with a manual gearbox and/or electronically controlled gearbox, sets new benchmarks for consumption and CO2 emissions:
Partner Tepee 1.6 l e-HDi FAP 92 hp BMP6: 125 g/km CO2 in mixed cycle – A record on the compact MPV segment.
The latest generation Stop & Start technology also stands out for the new driving sensations it offers:
- Silence on board when the engine is cut,
- Comfort thanks to silent, vibration-free operation,
- Safety thanks to the rapid restart (400 ms).
The e-HDi engines naturally foster ecodriving thanks to the Eco counter which gauges the time spent on a journey with the engine shut down as well as the option of activating engine cut-out as of 20 km/h in the manual gearbox version (8 km/h for the electronically controlled gearbox). This means drivers soon learn how to maximise engine cut-out phases to gain the full benefit of the silence permitted by this technology while also cutting their consumption.
To achieve this level of CO2 emissions, the Partner Tepee e-HDi models have benefited from a specific aerodynamics upgrade. They incorporate an air inlet valve on the front grill, deflectors under the body, a rear spoiler and Very Low Rolling Resistance tyres(with 6 speed electronically controlled gearbox version)
