Infogrames To Sell Assets For € 20 Million

Lyon, France, May 10, 2006 – At the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, Infogrames plans to announce the signature of agreements to sell intellectual properties and to confirm steps taken toward the disposal of development studios.

The sale of assets with a combined value of 20 million euros will provide the Group with the additional financing it needs to develop its future activities.

As announced in February, the Group continues its strategy of selective franchise releases and investments in the new formats.
