Capio acquires Clinique Saint Jean Languedoc in Toulouse

Capio announces today the acquisition of Clinique Saint Jean Languedoc. The clinic has annual net sales of EUR 28M. Enterprise value amounts to approx. EUR 13M. Formal take over took place on May 5, 2006.
Clinique Saint Jean Languedoc is a 287-bed multi-disciplinary clinic located downtown Toulouse, with annual net revenues of EUR 28M. In this fast-growing 700,000-inhabitants area, Capio will deliver a broad range of medical services in four units totalizing 1,250 beds and annual revenues of approx.
EUR 125M.

The acquisition will strengthen Capios’ position in Toulouse. Capio has already Capio Clinique des Cèdres, Capio Clinique du Parc and Capio Clinique de Beaupuy ion Toulouse.
