Speechbobble Announces Management Team Additions to Support Rapid Business Expansion

TORONTO, Ontario - May 12, 2011 - Speechbobble™, one of Canada’s fastest growing enterprise social networking companies, today announced the hiring of a new CEO and additions to its management team to support the company’s growth plans. Josef Zankowicz, former Vice President Marketing and Communications at GuestLogix (TSX: GXI), a retail SaaS company, assumed the CEO post earlier this year and has assembled an experienced team of successful software entrepreneurs and managers.

Mr. Zankowicz has repeat successes in his career having launched numerous industry leading consumer and business software products over the past 25 years. Josef brings passion and execution with an enviable network to support Speechbobble’s expansion globally. He has been involved with three tech IPOs from start-up and three acquisitions worth over $700M. Mr. Zankowicz has also joined the Speechbobble Board as an investor and officer.

Scott Northmore as Vice President Technology: Mr. Northmore has developed commercial software as entrepreneur and has managed software development teams addressing rapidly changing markets. Scott is taking the Speechbobble platform to the next dimension with mobile extensions and third-party integrations. In his 28-year career he has been responsible for numerous industry leading software products with global presence.

Steven Cantor as Vice President Creative and User Experience: Mr. Cantor has worked with some of the biggest names in technology such as Symantec, Microsoft, Research in Motion, and Hewlett Packard. Steven leads Speechbobble’s branding initiatives, user interface design, and is responsible for the total customer experience.

Taras Koulik as Associate Vice President Business Development: Mr. Koulik leads all sales initiatives at Speechbobble. Taras’ career spans venture capital, management consulting, and business development for start-ups.

Margaret Vaillancourt as Vice President Delivery & Customer Service: Ms. Vaillancourt has been an Entrepreneur in Residence for a leading technology incubator in Canada where she led the launch of over a half dozen firms. She also managed the global delivery and customer services for a Silicon Valley web firm. Margaret forms the core of the Speechbobble business that is responsible keeping systems running and customers happy.
