Fitness 4 Less Announces Exciting New Offerings Including DotFIT Supplements and Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Program

The DotFIT program is complimentary for all members and enables them to set goals and easily track and monitor their progress through a convenient online portal. After entering a few key pieces of data, the DotFIT program allows members to understand exactly how many calories they need to consume and burn each day in order to meet their goals. It also provides Fitness 4 Less members with an easy-to-use food logging system, an activity tracking system, healthy recipes, exercise plans and more.

Fitness 4 Less members can also purchase their supplements right at the club. The Fitness 4 Less training staff is educated on the DotFIT program and can provide consultations to ensure that members are choosing the right supplements to meet their fitness goals.
