DALLAS,TX -- Guest hosts Chuck and Gena Norris welcome Dr. John Hagee to a special edition of TBN’s Praise the Lord, May 3rd to talk about the National Council On Bible Curriculum In Public Schools’ efforts to assist public school districts in implementing elective academic courses on the Bible in their classrooms. “Our curriculum has already been implemented in over 1,250 high schools in 37 states and new districts are adopting our curriculum every month”, said Elizabeth Ridenour, President of the National Council.

There’s no doubt that the Bible has had a profound influence on our culture, and our children need to have the opportunity to learn about that, said Paul Crouch Jr., Vice President of Administration for TBN. “We’re proud to highlight the issue on TBN’s flagship program, Praise the Lord.”

In addition to Dr. Hagee, guests will include David Barton, Christian worldview expert and founder of the organization Wallbuilders; Georgia State Senator Tommie Williams, who authored historic legislation for Bible curriculum in Georgia public schools; and Tracey Kiesling of the National Council on Bible Curriculum in the Public Schools.

The program will air on TBN May 3rd at 7:00 p.m. PST.
