Neckermann.de and Atos Origin extend partnership

Essen - Atos Origin, an international IT services company, today announced that neckermann.de, one of the largest mail order companies in Europe, has extended its IT contract with Atos Origin for a further five years.

Atos Origin and neckermann.de have been working together since 2004. Under the contract announced today, which has been designed to incorporate Neckermann’s specific e-business requirements, Atos Origin will continue to manage the entire IT infrastructure and services. This covers desktop and helpdesk services; applications management and data center services including the operation of mainframe and the SAP infrastructure. Atos Origin will also offer additional services including voice over IP services and a service to enable the client to monitor business processes in real time.
