Delta Puts Hawaii on Sale for Last-Minute Planners

ATLANTA, May 2, 2006 – Delta Air Lines’ customers who have procrastinated in making plans for spring travel or who are still deliberating where to take that special vacation are getting a lucky break on fares for travel to and from Hawaii through June 8.

Beginning today, customers can take advantage of great low fares to Hawaii through the entire month of May and beyond and enjoy Delta’s convenient non-stop service to three of the island chain’s most popular destinations. Delta is a leading carrier to the 50th state and offers 11 flights to Honolulu, Maui and/or Kona, Hawaii from its hubs in Atlanta, Cincinnati and Salt Lake City, as well as through its West Coast operations in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Customers also can earn 1,000 bonus SkyMiles® for each flown roundtrip ticket purchased at delta.com.

Tickets must be purchased by May 16, 2006 and travel must be completed by June 8, 2006. These fares must be purchased seven days before departure date.

Delta continues to expand the number of markets it serves as it reworks its domestic and international schedules to respond to customer demand for increased service to international destinations and ever-popular vacation destinations such as Hawaii.
