Financial Recruitment firm Sellick Partnership supports HfMA Midlands Annual Conference 2011

Sellick Partnership’s Midlands Division was pleased to support and exhibit at this year’s HfMA Midlands Annual Conference held at Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole Hotel on 7th March 2011.

The conference boasted a range of keynote speakers and workshops including Robert Gee, a Non-Executive Director at Sellick Partnership and experienced management trainer and mentor. Mr Gee conducted an interesting and insightful workshop entitled, ’The "War for Talent” is Intensifying’ which explored the importance of identifying and retaining talent within NHS teams.

Conference speakers included Sir Bruce Keogh (Medical Director of the National Health Service in England) and Professor Steve Field (Former Chairman of the General College of General Practitioners), who covered topics such as the future of the NHS, changes in the NHS, commissioning, and aspects that work in the health and social care partnership.

As ever, the conference was invaluable in raising the profile of Sellick Partnership as a specialist finance provider within the NHS. Commenting on the success of the conference, Sellick Partnership’s East Midlands Manager, Nikki Graham said, “The HfMA Annual Conference always provides us with a great opportunity to meet people within the NHS sector and gain their insights into current developments and challenges.
