Real Living-Palm West Home Realty has today announced the launch of its new waterfront real estate blog, designed to help provide information that will help people locate their dream home in Florida’s Palm Coast Waterfront.

The blog, WaterfrontLivingPalmCoastHomes.com, will provide information on the most sought after properties, situated in the Palm Harbor neighbourhood of Palm Coast, FL and on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal water way in Florida, according to Kendall Caputo, of Palm West Home Realty, and recipient of 2011 “Real Living’s Diamond Elite Award” for customer service satisfaction for the second year in a row.

For twenty years Kendall was an active successful real estate investor buying, selling and managing real estate for his own privately held company.
Kendall and his wife Rose enjoyed a midlife sabbatical during which they lived aboard their boat. Boat travels took them all over the eastern seaboard from the Florida Keys to the Canadian Maritimes. They spent years exploring the Great Lakes as well as the interior canal systems of both the United States and Canada before stopping at the Palm Coast Marina in 2002.

In addition to his credentials in real estate, he holds a US Coast Guard Master Captain’s License, earned his Naturalist Certification in Coastal Systems from the University of Florida, and has been awarded the Florida Commendation Medal by Governor Jeb Bush for meritorious services to Soldiers and Airmen of the Florida National Guard.
