Traveling users without access to the enterprise intranet or extranet can handle their workflow actions in real time.
Repetitive workflow actions can be handled directly via the email client and therefore improve the productivity by reducing the number of clicks and interfaces to work with.
Participants external (outside the firewall) to the enterprise can easily be added to the workflows thanks to email approval without having to give them an access to the intranet or extranet.

Email notifications are dynamically generated and managed by WorkflowGen depending on the parameters customized by the workflow administrators.

The contents and layout of the emails are customizable.
The emails can be populated with process data.
The emails support HTML or text formats.
This feature supports SMTP and POP3 protocols.
