E-Cigarette - Does It Actually Help To Quit Smoking?
The latest e-cigarette research concludes that electronic cigarettes are much safer than tobacco cigarettes.
This relatively new battery powered device has already helped many people to quit. Smoking an e-cigarette is called “vaping” because electronic cigarettes do not create smoke but water vapor.
Anna Preston from Albany, NY says: “Once I started vaping I noticed I could do more things health wise like going on long walks and running without any breathing issues.“
