DePuy Hip Recall Lawsuits Now Being Filed by Citizens Outside the United States

New York, NY, February 4, 2011 — The Rottenstein Law Group has learned that hip replacement lawsuits against DePuy Orthopaedics have been filed in several countries outside the United States. The worldwide recall of the ASR XL Acetabular System and the ASR Hip Resurfacing System has affected 93,000 patients in many countries. Although DePuy , a division of Johnson & Johnson, is a US-based company, citizens of other countries should investigate their legal rights when it comes to filing a hip replacement lawsuit.
