Organized by the Indian Association of Medico-Legal Experts the 2nd International Conference on Medical Negligence and Litigation in Medical Practiceis set to educate medical personnel in the way in which medical negligence and the consequent litigation should be handled.
In addition at the 2nd International Conference on Recent Advances in Forensic Sciences, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, recent developments around forensic science and medicine and rulings by the Indian Supreme Court around evidence taking will be discussed in the wonderful setting of Goa.
The event starts on the 19th with a pre-conference banquet. On the 20th there will be a session on medical negligence, plenary sessions and invited lectures as well as several scientific sessions and an evening conference banquet.
Registration fees are $700 per delegate including accommodation, $500 without accommodation and $200 for post graduate students excluding accommodation. Spouses can share accommodation at an extra fee. Indian locals or those from SAARC countries pay a reduced fee. Registration can be completed online or by faxing back a registration form.
