Hunter Achieves ALC Designation From Realtors Land Institute

James E. Hunter, Broker-In-Charge at Realty Financial Group, LLC, was awarded the Accredited Land Consultant designation from the Realtor’s Land Institute (“RLI”) in December, the company announced today.
The Accredited Land Consultant designation, known by the initials “ALC”, is a designation set aside for professionals in the land business, explained Hunter. In order to obtain the designation a person must take a series of courses that cumulatively last for a month, pass a comprehensive examination, and demonstrate a large volume of land transactions, generally at least $10 million.
There are generally 10 or less ALC designations in any given state. James E. Hunter has been a Realtor for 33 years and is licensed in multiple states. He is also a licensed general contractor and former commercially-licensed appraiser.
