Jobster Names New President of Employer Services

Former ESPN executive also added to lead online presence

SEATTLE — April 18, 2006 — Jason Goldberg, CEO of Jobster Inc., today announced a series of promotions and a new hire intended to position Jobster for continued exponential growth in the online job search and recruiting industry.

Jim McGee joins Jobster as senior vice president of Jobster.com. McGee’s mandate is to establish Jobster as the premier consumer destination for online job search. McGee’s vision for Jobster.com is to combine relevant search with social networking and user-generated content to deliver a more rewarding job-search experience.

McGee joins Jobster via ESPN where he has been vice president of Interactive. Previously, he worked at Seattle-based startup Starwave Corp., which created ESPN.com and was later purchased by The Walt Disney Co. Before that, McGee was a publishing executive for Times Mirror Co. and News Corp. McGee returns to the Pacific Northwest after four years in New York. McGee graduated from Florida State University and holds a bachelor of science in mathematics.

Tracy Lawrence Burman has been promoted to president of Jobster’s Employer Services. Burman brings more than 10 years of strategic planning and organizational management experience to her new role. Her passion is to equip employers of all sizes across all industries with the means to target, engage and hire the right candidates for their open positions. Burman is responsible for the entire life cycle of Jobster’s employer business including product marketing and management, channel marketing, client service, industry relations, and technical integrations.

Before joining Jobster in February 2005, she founded and served as CEO for GetConnected Inc., the leading provider of point-of-sale solutions for video, voice data and other subscription services. Burman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science from the University of Virginia.

• Kirk Johnson has been promoted to the role of vice president, Client Services, responsible for the company’s account management.
• James Gallagher has been promoted to vice president, Core Business Sales, responsible for the small- and medium-sized business channel.
• Kevin Hatfield has been promoted to vice president, Global Strategic Account Sales, responsible for the largest multinational clients.
• Heather Gray has been promoted to vice president, Enterprise Sales (West), responsible for Fortune 3000 enterprise accounts in the Western Region.
• Jim Duddy has been promoted to vice president, Enterprise Sales (East), responsible for Fortune 3000 enterprise accounts in the Eastern Region.
