Farleys Solicitors Launch Bankruptcy Assist

The process of bankruptcy can be an extremely distressing experience for people. In addition to the financial and emotional stress that can often be experienced during this time, there is also the pressure of completing the Court papers correctly, along with other associated documentation. Creditors also need to be contacted and kept at bay during the bankruptcy proceedings.

Bankruptcy Assist, a new service offered by Farleys Solicitors in Manchester, relieves the strain and worry associated with the bankruptcy process.

The fixed fee service, described as ‘handholding’ people through the bankruptcy process, is available for clients facing bankruptcy throughout the UK. The one-off fee covers the drafting of the Bankruptcy Petition and Statement of Affairs , the handling of all communication with creditors, booking and providing advice regarding the bankruptcy hearing at Court, and ongoing debt advice and assistance throughout the process.

Before offering clients the service, the specialist insolvency solicitors at Farleys will offer clients a free initial debt consultation. During this consultation, the client’s individual circumstances will be evaluated and clear advice as to the best way forward will be provided.
