Medisoft V17 Offers ANSI 5010 Compliance

Health care practices looking to comply with the coming update to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA 2.0) will be required to format all electronic claims submission using ANSI 5010.

Only Medisoft Version 17 offers ANSI 5010 capability. This will require all Medisoft users submitting electronic insurance claims to be on V17 scheduled for release in December 2010.

Offices on version 14 or 15 can still save by upgrading to V16 now. Once on V16, practices can take advantage of promotional pricing on version 17. This move will save users hundreds of dollars and in some cases over $1,000. The promotion ends on December 15. Once version 17 is released, V16 will no longer be available and you will lose the options to save on the upgrade.
