ROCHESTER, N.Y., -- Eastman Kodak Company today announced that Sandra E. Rowland has been named Director, Investor Relations and Vice President, Corporate Finance Group. She succeeds Antoinette (Ann) McCorvey, 53, who was recently named Kodak Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company.

Rowland, 39, is currently Vice President and Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and is responsible for analyzing, forecasting and developing the business models used by senior management to drive the company’s digital transformation.

In her new position, effective November 8, Rowland will report directly to McCorvey. Rowland will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with sell and buy side financial analysts, as well as communications between Kodak and institutional investors.

“Sandy’s knowledge of Kodak’s businesses and financial models, along with her strong communication skills, make her an ideal candidate to represent Kodak to the institutional investor community,” McCorvey said. “She brings to the position direct experience with strategy, management, financial analysis and accounting. I am confident that she will serve with distinction in a role that is vital to the communication of Kodak’s success.”

Rowland joined Kodak in August 2000 as Accounting Director, Mergers and Acquisitions. She has held assignments of increasing responsibility, including the Controller for both the Consumer Digital Imaging Group and the Film, Photofinishing, and Entertainment Group and currently as the Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis.

Prior to joining Kodak, Rowland was a Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she worked primarily with technology companies.

She graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Economics and Business, earned an MBA from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
