Scientific Atlanta Expands Options for Operators with OCAP Platform

ATLANTA, GA - THE NATIONAL SHOW - April 10, 2006 - To support the interoperability of OpenCableTM Application Platform (OCAPTM) applications across cable networks, Scientific Atlanta, A Cisco Company, has announced extensive hardware and software support for the industry standard. The Scientific Atlanta OCAP products include the company’s OCAP Digital Network Control System Release 4.0 series, OCAP AxiomTM middleware implementation and OCAP-capable set-tops.
