EMSL Analytical Acquires Advanced Scientific Laboratories as Strategic Growth Initiatives Continue

Advanced Scientific Laboratories and their AIHA EMLAP accredited laboratory has joined the growing family of EMSL Analytical laboratories across North America.

EMSL Analytical is pleased to announce that they have acquired Advanced Scientific Laboratories of Pompano Beach, Florida. The acquisition now provides for a total of 3 laboratories (Pompano Beach, Orlando & Miami) and an additional 3 service centers (Tampa, North Port & Pensacola) operating by EMSL for their clients throughout Florida.

The announcement comes just weeks after EMSL announced the acquisition of Midwest Laboratories. It continues EMSL’s calculated expansion plans for 2010 to increase production capabilities and add to their 33 existing facilities in the United States and Canada.

Advanced Scientific Laboratories has been providing quality laboratory services for customers in the Fort Lauderdale area. Their services have included everything from polarized light microscopy and microbial cultures to electron microscopy and environmental allergen testing. The laboratory location strategically compliments EMSL’s existing Miami Beach laboratory for customers located in South Florida.

The Advanced Scientific Laboratories name will be changed to EMSL Analytical and its location will remain at 3581 Southwest 10th Street, Suite A, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069.
